How do I give feedback on my food?

You can let us know what you thought of your kai through the 'Feedback' section of the online ordering page, or by contacting us directly at info@cocoscantina.co.nz.

What do I do if my payment won't go through?

Head to the 'Support' section of the online ordering page and follow the prompts. If the issue persists, give us a call on 09 300 7582, or email info@cocoscantina.co.nz to sort out an alternative payment method.

Can I cancel or add to an order I've already placed?

You can cancel if you call us on 09 300 7582 within 10 minutes of ordering. If you forgot to order your polenta or tiramisu, and need to add it to your order, give us a call to let us know you're placing a second add-on order and we'll make sure everything is ready at the same time.

How do I know when my food will be ready?

When you order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your pick-up or delivery time. If you select delivery, your driver will let you know when they are on the way. If you need to change what time your food is ready, call us straight away on 09 300 7582.

Where do I pick my food up from?

Due to cycleway construction, pick-up is from our window out back. Head down West Terrace, turn left up the driveway, and follow the signs! We'll be in the window to your left by the brown wooden fence.

Do you do large group orders?

We are always happy to organise kai for large groups! We recommend emailing through to info@cocoscantina.co.nz at least 24hours in advance to see what options are available for you and your group.

What do I do if the food that turns up isn't what I ordered?

Call us straight away on 09 300 7582 and we'll get it sorted out for you straight away.

What do I do if I have an allergy or dietary requirement?

If you have a serious allergy or intolerance, please call us before placing your order on 09 300 7582 to find out what your best options are.

Do you have gluten free pasta and bread available?

Yes, we do! All dishes except ravioli and gnocchi can be swapped out for gluten free pasta, and gluten free bread is available with the parfait. Simply note in your delivery instructions (right before you pay), which dish/dishes you'd like to be gluten free.
